Organic Artemisia Hydrosol
We are grateful to Jeanne Rose for introducing us to this lovely Artemesia ludoviciana hydrosol also known as Owyhee. It has a gentle sweet, fruity aroma that is simply impossible resist. I love to tuck a small bottle in my purse and take it with me wherever I go. Use this hydrosol the way you'd use Chamomile for it's gentle, soothing anti inflammatory skin care properties (and antifungal) and it's calming and sedating aroma. I adore this hydrosol for calming skincare and as well as it's very soothing aroma. Children (and adults) love to be misted and mist their pillows before bedtime. I like to add some to a relaxing bath.
Organic Peppermint Hydrosol
This cool, crisp and refreshing Peppermint hydrosol has incredible "up front" clarity and energy. Perfect in summer or anytime you want a cooling effect- such as relief from hot flashes. Nice as a soothing and cooling aftershave, toner. Use for relief from itchy bites and for oily skin. Also a great foot spray with deodorizing qualities. I like to blend it with Tea Tree Hydrosol for blemishes ands /or with Artemisia or Lavender hydrosol. Lavender and Peppermint feel great together blended for sore muscles and balanced energy. May be used for freshening the breath or relieving an upset stomach.
Organic Lavender Hydrosol
Balances skin, tones oily-normal skin types. Fresh and lovely Lavender aroma calms and pleases. Use anytime. Gentle and beneficial for all skin and ages. A great after shave for men too. Carry with you when you travel to refresh and remain balanced. Great for hair and scalp too. This organic hydrosol has the finest Lavender aroma we have found.
Organic Orange Blossom (Neroli) Hydrosol
Calming, soothing, and brings comfort. A beautiful fragrance. Calms skin irritations and soothes sensitive skin. A lovely skin toner, refresher or natural perfume fragrance. The aroma is exceptional and lingers beautifully. Orange blossom hydrosol is also a lovely addition to cakes and desserts and sweet milks, chocolates and coffee.
Organic Tea Tree Hydrosol
A wonderful antiseptic and purifying toner for acne, oily or problem skin. May be used in a compress for hemorrhoids, perineum healing after birth, and a gentle yet powerful first aid wash. Use as a spray or for compresses for chicken pox and other skin eruptions, itchy and irritated skin conditions and dermatitis. Because it is not "floral" men prefer this hydrosol for a calming and balancing face treatment and after shave mist. Add a 3-4 drops of Vetiver, Rosewood, or Lime for a subtle aroma. Perfect when a gentle treatment is needed for conditions like thrush and candida, eczema, and baby's sensitive skin. Also useful as a hot spot spray for dogs and used on a cloth to gently clean the ears.
Wild Carrot Seed Hydrosol (Daucus carota)
Mature, dry, or sun damaged skin will love this nourishing, revitalizing, and toning hydrosol made from the distillation of wild harvested Queen Anne's Lace (a close relative of carrots!) seeds. Very highly recommended before applying your facial elixir or moisturizer. Try blending or alternating with Orange Blossom and Rose. Very relaxing with a warm, dry, somewhat sweet, earthy aroma.
